For an 'OFF' period, leave the pins in the 'up' position. For example, to turn an appliance on from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, push down all pins between the '18' and '20' marks on the dial.
- Connect Appliance: Plug the appliance you wish to control into the timer's power outlet.
- Select Operating Mode: Use the manual override switch on the side of the timer.
