3. Setup and Assembly

Your AZHAR G26 electric bicycle arrives 95% pre-assembled. Minimal installation is required to prepare it for use. Please follow these general steps:

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten the bolts securely.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are properly tightened.
  4. Pedal Installation: Attach the pedals. Note that pedals are typically marked 'L' for left and 'R' for right, and the left pedal has a reverse thread.
  5. Seat Post Installation: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the seat height for comfortable riding, then secure it with the quick-release lever.
  6. Fender Installation: Attach the front and rear mudguards using the provided hardware.
  7. Battery Installation: Ensure the battery is correctly seated and locked into the frame.
  8. Pre-Ride Check: Before your first ride, double-check all bolts, connections, and tire pressure.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Battery Charging

The 48V 10Ah removable lithium battery provides power for your ebike. To charge the battery:

  1. Ensure the bike is turned off.
  2. Locate the charging port on the battery. The battery can be charged while installed on the bike or removed.
  3. Connect the charger to the battery's charging port, then plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status (typically red for charging, green for fully charged).
  5. Charging typically takes 4-5 hours for a full charge. Do not overcharge.
  6. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the outlet first, then from the battery.

4.2 Powering On/Off and Display

To power on the bike, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. The display will illuminate, showing real-time cycling data such as speed, mileage, and current mode. To power off, press and hold the power button again.

4.5 Braking System

The AZHAR G26 features dual disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Apply both brake levers simultaneously for optimal and controlled braking. Avoid sudden, hard braking, especially at high speeds, to prevent skidding.

4.6 Headlight Operation

The integrated 400-lumen headlight can be turned on or off via the controls on the handlebar, typically integrated with the display unit. Use the headlight for improved visibility during low-light conditions or at night.
