1. Introduction

4. Operating Instructions

• Door Operation: Use the secure latch to open and close the enclosure door. Always ensure the door is properly latched when your pet is inside.
• Placement: Position the enclosure in a suitable outdoor area, ideally on a level surface away from potential hazards.
• Roof Cover Use: The canopy provides shade and protection from light rain and UV rays. For heavy rain or strong winds, ensure the cover is tightly secured. During heavy snowfall, remove the cover to prevent structural damage.

5. Maintenance

• Enclosure feels unstable: Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted into the ground. Verify that all frame connections are tight and the enclosure is on a level surface.
• Door not closing properly: Check for any obstructions in the door frame or latch mechanism. Ensure the frame is square and not warped.
• Water pooling on roof cover: Ensure the roof cover is taut and properly secured to allow water runoff. Check for any sagging points in the roof structure.
