4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On and Off

- To turn OFF the power supply, press the Power Switch again.
5.2 Setting Output Voltage
- Ensure the power supply is OFF before connecting your load.
- Select the desired voltage range using the Voltage Fixed Gear knob. For variable adjustment, select the "0-15V" setting.
- If "0-15V" is selected, use the Coarse Voltage Knob for major adjustments and the Fine Voltage Knob for precise tuning until the desired voltage is shown on the Voltage Display.
- Connect your load to the Output Positive Terminal (Red) and Output Negative Terminal (Black). The Grounding Terminal (Yellow) can be used for grounding if required by your application.
- Turn ON the power supply.
5.3 Setting Output Current Limit
The HUIWOSEN 1502D allows you to set a maximum current limit to protect your connected device.
- With the power supply OFF and no load connected, turn ON the unit.
- Select the desired maximum current limit using the Current Regulation knob (0.6A or 2A).
- Connect a short circuit (e.g., a wire) between the Output Positive and Output Negative terminals. The Current Display will now show the set current limit.
- Adjust the current limit using the Current Regulation knob if necessary.
- Remove the short circuit. The current display should now read zero.
- Connect your load and turn ON the power supply. The unit will now limit the current to the set maximum.
