This manual provides essential information for safe operation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your coffee makers.
2. Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before operating the appliance. Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Electrical Safety: Ensure the appliance is connected to a grounded power outlet with the correct voltage. Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
- Hot Surfaces: The brewing plates, warming plates, and carafes become very hot during and after operation. Use caution and handle only by the handles.
- Water Connection: For the auto-fill unit, ensure the water supply line is securely connected and free from leaks. Use only potable water.
- Cleaning: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Children and Supervision: This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect for any shipping damage. Contact your supplier immediately if damage is found.
- Remove all protective films and packaging materials.
4.2 Placement
- Place the coffee maker on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and access.
- Position near a grounded electrical outlet and, for the auto-fill unit, a cold water supply line.
4.3 Water Connection (Auto-Fill Unit Only)
The 12-cup auto-fill unit requires a direct connection to a potable cold water supply.
- Locate the water inlet connection on the back of the auto-fill unit.
- Connect the provided water hose to the appliance's inlet and to a cold water tap. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Slowly open the water tap and check for any leaks.

4.4 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, clean all removable parts and run a few cycles with plain water to flush the system.
- Wash carafes, brewing baskets, and funnels with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- For the auto-fill unit, ensure water supply is connected. For the double-side unit, manually fill the water reservoir (see Operating Instructions).
- Run 2-3 brewing cycles with only water (no coffee grounds) to clean the internal components. Discard the hot water after each cycle.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Brewing Coffee (Auto-Fill Unit)
- Ensure the unit is plugged in and the water supply is open.
- Place a clean, empty glass carafe on the lower warming plate.
- Insert a paper filter into the brewing basket and add the desired amount of coffee grounds.
- Slide the brewing basket into position under the water dispenser.
- Press the Auto-fill button (if applicable) to initiate the water filling process, or ensure the unit has automatically filled.
- Press the Brewing switch to start the brewing cycle. The brewing indicator light will illuminate.
- Once brewing is complete, the light will turn off. The warming plate will keep the coffee hot.

5.2 Brewing Coffee (Double-Side Unit)
- Ensure the unit is plugged in.
- Place clean, empty glass carafes on the lower warming plates.
- Insert paper filters into the brewing baskets and add coffee grounds.
- Manually pour cold, potable water into the water reservoir at the top of the unit. Do not overfill. Fill only one pot of water per side per brew to prevent overflow.
- Slide the brewing baskets into position.
- Press the Brewing switch for the desired side to start the brewing cycle. The brewing indicator light will illuminate.
- Once brewing is complete, the light will turn off. The warming plates will keep the coffee hot.

5.3 Using Warming Plates
Each warming plate has an independent control switch. To activate a warming plate, ensure the main power is on and then toggle the corresponding warming plate switch to the 'ON' position. The indicator light for the warming plate will illuminate.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance are crucial for the performance and lifespan of your coffee maker.
6.1 Daily Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.
- Remove and empty the brewing baskets and carafes. Wash them with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Wipe down the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Clean the warming plates with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
6.2 Descaling
Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance. The descaling indicator light will illuminate when descaling is recommended.
- Prepare a descaling solution according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions (typically a mixture of white vinegar and water, or a commercial descaling agent).
- For the auto-fill unit, disconnect the water supply. For both units, pour the descaling solution into the water reservoir.
- Place an empty carafe on the warming plate.
- Run a brewing cycle with the descaling solution.
- After the cycle, discard the solution. Run 2-3 cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse the system thoroughly.
- Reconnect the water supply for the auto-fill unit.
7. Troubleshooting
