3. Setup

3.1 Floating Pool Thermometer

1. Initial Charging: The floating thermometer is solar-powered. Before first use, place the thermometer in direct sunlight for several hours to ensure the internal battery is sufficiently charged.
2. Placement: Place the floating thermometer directly into your pool, hot tub, or spa. Ensure the solar panel faces upwards to maximize sunlight exposure for continuous charging. The thermometer is IP68 waterproof.

3.2 Indoor Receiver

The indoor receiver also displays the current time and date. Refer to the receiver's controls for setting the time and date.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Allow a few minutes for the thermometer to stabilize and provide an accurate reading, especially after initial placement.
