1. Introduction and Safety Warnings

This manual contains important information regarding the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your SEESII M6 Pro 2026 6-inch Cordless Mini Chainsaw. Read all instructions carefully before use to prevent injury and ensure proper function.

General Safety Warnings:

  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1. Battery Charging and Installation

  1. Insert the battery into the charger. Ensure proper alignment.
  2. Plug the charger into a standard power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status.
  3. Once fully charged, remove the battery from the charger.
  4. Align the charged battery with the battery slot on the chainsaw handle and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
  5. To remove the battery, press the release button and slide the battery out.

3.2. Chain and Guide Bar Assembly (if not pre-installed)

  1. Ensure the battery is removed from the chainsaw.
  2. Remove the chain guard cover by loosening the knob.
  3. Place the chain around the guide bar, ensuring the cutting edges are facing the correct direction (refer to the arrow on the guide bar).
  4. Fit the chain and guide bar onto the chainsaw body, engaging the chain with the drive sprocket.
  5. Replace the chain guard cover and tighten the knob slightly.
  6. Adjust the chain tension using the tensioning screw until the chain is snug but can still be pulled freely around the guide bar by hand. There should be minimal slack.
  7. Fully tighten the knob to secure the guide bar and chain.

3.3. Chain Lubrication

The SEESII M6 Pro 2026 features a pump-activated automatic lubrication system. Proper lubrication is crucial for chain longevity and cutting performance.

  1. Locate the oil reservoir cap on the chainsaw body.
  2. Unscrew the cap and fill the reservoir with appropriate chainsaw bar and chain oil. Do not overfill.
  3. Replace the cap securely.
  4. During operation, periodically press the oil pump button to lubricate the chain. The system is designed to prevent excessive oil leakage when not in use.

4. Operation

4.1. Starting and Stopping the Chainsaw

  1. Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly installed.
  2. To start, press and hold the safety lock button (usually located near the trigger) with one hand, then squeeze the trigger with the other. The chainsaw will not operate without the safety lock engaged.
  3. To stop, release the trigger. The chain will stop immediately.

4.2. Cutting Techniques

  • General Cutting: Hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands. Position the chainsaw so the bottom of the guide bar contacts the wood. Allow the chain to reach full speed before beginning the cut. Apply light, steady pressure.
  • Pruning Branches: When pruning, support the branch to prevent it from pinching the chain. Make relief cuts if necessary to avoid splitting the main limb.
  • Avoiding Kickback: Kickback can occur when the moving chain at the tip of the guide bar contacts an object, or when the wood closes in and pinches the chain in the cut. Always be aware of the guide bar tip and avoid cutting with it.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

  • After each use, clean sawdust and debris from the guide bar, chain, and motor housing.
  • Use a brush or compressed air. Do not use water or solvents directly on electrical components.

5.2. Chain Sharpening and Replacement

  • A dull chain will reduce cutting efficiency and increase the risk of kickback. Sharpen the chain regularly or replace it when necessary.
  • Refer to the chain manufacturer's instructions for proper sharpening techniques.

5.3. Battery Care
