Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install your Pahaa W5N Dash Cam:
- Insert TF Card: Before installation, insert the provided 64GB TF card into the designated slot on the main dash cam unit. Ensure it is formatted if prompted.
- Mount the Main Unit: Attach the suction cup bracket to the main dash cam unit. Clean a spot on your windshield, ideally near the rearview mirror, and firmly press the suction cup to secure the dash cam. Adjust the angle to ensure a clear view of the road ahead.
- Connect Power: Connect the car charger to the dash cam's power input and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. Route the power cable neatly along the windshield and dashboard using the provided cable clips and wiring tool to tuck it under trim pieces.
- Install Rear Camera: Mount the rear camera on your rear windshield or near your license plate. Connect the rear camera cable to the main dash cam unit. Route this cable from the front to the back of the vehicle, tucking it under the headliner and side panels for a clean installation.
- Adjust Camera Angles: The main unit features a front camera and two rotatable side cameras (left and right). Adjust these cameras to cover your desired viewing angles, including the interior cabin or side windows.

Key Features
- 360° View 4 Channel FHD: Records simultaneously from the front (170°), left (180°), right (180°), and rear (170° waterproof) cameras, providing extensive coverage.
- Superior WDR Technology & Night Vision: Equipped with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) and 8 infrared LED lights for the interior camera, ensuring clear footage in low light and backlight conditions. The F1.8 large aperture optimizes light intake.
- 5GHz WiFi & Free App Control: Connect your dash cam to your smartphone via 5GHz WiFi for faster video download and seamless control using the dedicated app (available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store). The app allows live preview, video download, and sharing.
- 24/7 Smart Parking Monitoring: In parking mode, the dash cam uses motion detection to trigger recording of suspicious activity. The enhanced G-sensor detects collisions or vibrations, automatically locking footage as evidence. Time-Lapse recording is also supported (requires separate hardwire kit).
- Loop Recording: When the memory card is full, the dash cam automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked footage. Footage locked by the G-sensor is protected from being overwritten.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Pahaa W5N Dash Cam, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the car charger is properly connected to both the dash cam and the vehicle's power outlet. Check the vehicle's fuse for the power outlet.
- Recording issues: Verify that the TF card is correctly inserted and formatted. Ensure the card is not full (loop recording should manage this, but check for locked files). Use a branded U3 SD card for optimal performance.
- Poor video quality: Clean the camera lenses. Ensure the dash cam is securely mounted and not vibrating. Check settings for video resolution.
- WiFi connection problems: Ensure the dash cam's WiFi is enabled. Restart both the dash cam and your smartphone. Reinstall the app if necessary.
- Parking monitor not working: Confirm that the parking monitor feature is enabled in the settings. If using Time-Lapse mode, ensure the hardwire kit is correctly installed (sold separately).
