Setup and Assembly

Your AZHAR G26 Foldable Electric Bike comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:

Step 3: Front Wheel Installation

Align the front wheel with the fork dropouts. Insert the axle bolt through the wheel hub and fork, then secure it with the provided nuts and washers. Ensure the disc brake rotor is correctly positioned within the brake caliper.

Step 4: Headlight Installation

Attach the headlight to the designated mounting point on the front fork or handlebar stem. Secure it with the appropriate screws and tools from the kit.

Step 5: Pedal Installation

Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into their respective crank arms. The right pedal threads clockwise, and the left pedal threads counter-clockwise. Tighten them firmly with a wrench.

Step 6: Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment

Insert the seat post with the saddle into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the height to a comfortable riding position and secure it using the quick-release clamp. Ensure the clamp is tight enough to prevent the seat from slipping.

Step 7: Brake Caliper Adjustment

Adjust the front and rear brake calipers to ensure proper clearance between the brake pads and the disc rotors. The pads should not rub against the rotor when the brakes are disengaged.
