1. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your EDISHINE Modern Floor Lamp. No additional tools are required.

  1. Connect with Base: Securely attach the first pole section to the heavy-duty metal base by screwing it clockwise until firm.
  2. Assemble the Light Pole: Continue to screw the remaining pole sections together clockwise, ensuring each connection is tight.
  3. Install the Lampshade: Carefully attach the linen lampshade to the lamp frame. Ensure it is properly aligned and secured.
  4. Install the LED Bulb: Screw the included 8W A19 LED bulb into the E26 bulb base. Do not overtighten.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Power On/Off and Color Temperature Adjustment

The lamp is operated using a foot pedal switch located on the power cord. The 78.7-inch long power cord provides flexibility in placement.

  • To Turn On/Off: Step on the foot pedal switch once to turn the lamp on or off.
  • To Change Color Temperature: With the lamp on, step on the foot pedal switch repeatedly to cycle through the three available color temperatures:
    • 3000K (Warm White): Provides a cozy, inviting ambiance.
    • 4000K (Natural White): Offers a balanced, neutral light suitable for general tasks.
    • 6500K (Cool White): Delivers bright, crisp light ideal for focused work.

The lamp features a memory function that restores your last selected color temperature setting when turned back on.

2.2 Lampshade Adjustment

The lampshade is designed for flexible light direction:

  • Vertical Adjustment: The lamp head can rotate 90° vertically. Gently tilt the lampshade up or down to direct light as needed.
  • Horizontal Adjustment: The lamp head can rotate 180° horizontally. Swivel the lampshade left or right to illuminate specific areas.

3. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the lamp from the power outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the lamp's surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish. For the lampshade, a lint roller or a slightly damp cloth can be used for dust removal.
  • Bulb Replacement: Ensure the lamp is unplugged and the bulb has cooled down before attempting to replace it. Unscrew the old E26 bulb counter-clockwise and screw in a new E26 LED bulb (maximum 60W equivalent).
  • Cord Care: Regularly inspect the power cord for any damage. Do not use the lamp if the cord is frayed or damaged. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cord or running it under carpets.

4. Troubleshooting
