Key Installation Considerations:
- Valve Body Placement: The main valve body (XL-3F-PBLED-MB10) is designed for wall-mounted installation. Ensure adequate space within the wall for the valve and plumbing connections.
- Water Connections: Connect hot and cold water lines to the designated inlets on the valve body. The system uses standard 1/2-14 NPT connections.
- Shower Head Connections: Connect the 10-inch rain shower head, 6-inch body spray, and handheld shower head to their respective outlets on the diverter valve.
- Finish Wall Depth: Ensure the finish wall allows for the correct depth of the valve trim kit, typically around 2.8 inches from the rough-in valve to the finished wall surface.

Operating Instructions
1. Water Flow and Temperature Control
- Main Handle: The single handle on the trim kit controls both water flow and temperature. Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water. Push the handle down to turn off the water and pull it up to turn on.
- Pressure Balance Valve: The integrated pressure balance valve cartridge maintains a stable water temperature and pressure, preventing sudden hot or cold shocks during your shower.
2. LED Digital Temperature Display
- Hydro Power: The LED display is powered by the water flow itself, requiring no batteries or external electrical connections.
- Real-time Temperature: The screen displays the current water temperature in Fahrenheit, allowing for precise control and enhanced safety.
- Two-Color Indicator: The display features a two-color indicator for quick visual reference:
- Blue Light: Indicates water temperature is below 105°F (40.5°C).
- Red Light: Indicates water temperature is above 105°F (40.5°C).

3. 3-Push Button Diverter
The three push buttons on the trim kit allow you to easily switch between the different shower functions:
- Button 1: Activates the 10-inch Rainfall Shower Head.
- Button 2: Activates the 6-inch Body Spray Shower Head.
- Button 3: Activates the Handheld Shower Head.
Press a button to select a function. You can typically use one function at a time, or a combination depending on the valve design.
4. Handheld Shower Spray Modes
The handheld shower head offers three distinct spray modes, selectable via a control on the handheld unit:
- Rain Spray: Provides a gentle, full-body comfort spray.
- Mist Spray: Offers a calming, soft mist.
- Power Spray: Delivers a strong, concentrated stream for rinsing or cleaning.

Maintenance
Cleaning the Finish:
- To maintain the matte black PVD finish, clean regularly with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish.
- For stubborn spots, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly.
Cleaning Shower Head Nozzles:
- The shower heads feature easy-clean silicone nozzles. To remove mineral buildup, gently rub the nozzles with your finger or a soft brush.
