2. Safety Information

5. Setup and Installation
- Prepare the Area: Ensure the area where the jack will be placed is clear of debris and stable. The surface must be solid and level to prevent the jack from shifting or sinking.
- Position the Jack: Place the jack vertically on the prepared solid, level surface directly under the load-bearing point you intend to support.
- Rough Height Adjustment:
- Insert the adjustment rod into the holes on the inner tube.
- Manually extend the inner tube to approximately the required height.
- Secure the inner tube by inserting the locking pins through the aligned holes in both the outer and inner tubes. Ensure two pins are used for each section for maximum stability.
- Fine Height Adjustment: Once the rough height is set and pins are secured, use the adjustment rod to rotate the top plate (turnbuckle) clockwise. This will slowly raise the jack to the exact support height needed, making firm contact with the structure above.
- Secure the Base and Top (Optional for Temporary Support, Recommended for Stability): The base plate and top plate have pre-drilled holes. For enhanced stability or longer-term temporary support, you can bolt or nail the plates to the floor and the supported structure.

6. Operation
The VEVOR House Floor Jacks are designed for straightforward operation:
- To raise the jack, insert the adjustment rod into the holes on the top plate and rotate clockwise.
- To lower the jack, insert the adjustment rod and rotate counter-clockwise.
- Always make small, controlled adjustments to avoid sudden shifts in the supported structure.
- When adjusting the height, ensure the locking pins are properly engaged in the desired holes for the main support. The screw mechanism is for fine-tuning.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the jacks after each use to remove dirt, debris, and moisture. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.
