• What is the factory password?
  A: Please enter 1617 or 1234.
• The reverse camera view is mirrored. How do I fix it?
  A: Go to CarSetting > General Settings > General and switch Mirror ON/OFF to adjust the image direction.
• Why is the original factory backup camera blurry?
  A: The OEM camera uses a CVBS (360P) signal, which is lower quality than our screen that supports AHD (1080P). For best visual clarity, please use the camera included with our unit.
• How can I remove the parking guidelines on the rear-view screen?
  A: Go to CarSetting > System Settings > Factory Setting (enter 1617) > Backcar Setting, then disable Backcar Assist Line.
• I connected the yellow plug but have no reverse image. What should I do?
  A: Shift to Reverse, press and hold the display to open the format menu. If using the factory camera, choose CVBS-NTSC. If using our included camera, select AHD1080P-25Hz.
• How do I connect Wireless CarPlay via Zlink?
  A: 1. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your phone. 2. On the radio, open the Bluetooth Phone app and locate the Bluetooth device. PIN: 0000. 3. Pair your phone with the radio via Bluetooth. 4. On iPhone, tap Use CarPlay when prompted. Ensure Location is enabled. 5. Open the ZLINK app > CarPlay / Android Auto will launch automatically. Tips: Disconnect from other Bluetooth devices and allow required permissions.
• How do I enable screen mirroring via Zlink?
  A: iPhone: Use Wireless Mirroring in Zlink > enable hotspot > Screen Mirroring > choose j-diar. Android: Pair Bluetooth > install Zlink app > connect via USB > select USB Connection.
• There is a gap between the bottom of the head unit and the vehicle's climate control panel. Is this normal?
  A: Yes, a small gap between the head unit and the climate control panel is considered normal for this particular design. It does not affect the functionality of either component. The climate control panel may feel slightly loose during installation, but it is correctly connected. Once all trim pieces are properly installed and secured, the panel will remain stable and visually integrated with the dashboard.
• Why is there no sound after installing the radio?
  A: Please connect the wire labeled "AMP" (as shown in the image) to the red ACC wire on the main power harness to enable sound output. To make the connection, carefully strip a small section of insulation from each wire using a wire stripper. Twist the exposed copper wires together and secure them using electrical tape or a suitable wire connector.
• After installing the new radio, where can I control my vehicle's original functions?
  A: Please go to Car Info > Click the '?' icon in the upper right corner > Functions to adjust the corresponding settings. Only the functions that your vehicle originally has can be controlled here; functions not present in your vehicle cannot be modified.
