4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes about 30 minutes. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Install the Base: Insert the five metal legs into the central hub of the chair base. Secure them with the provided screws using the Allen wrench.
2. Attach Casters and Gas Lift: Push the five casters firmly into the holes at the end of each leg on the base. Insert the gas lift into the center hole of the assembled base. Place the gas lift cover over the gas lift.
3. Install Mechanism and Footrest Rails: Place the seat cushion upside down on a stable surface (e.g., the packaging box). Attach the mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Install the footrest rails to the underside of the seat, ensuring the screw holes are straight and in the same direction. Loosen the screws by half a turn to allow for footrest movement.
4. Assemble Armrests: Attach the armrest pads to the metal armrest brackets using the provided screws. Repeat for both armrests.
5. Attach Armrests to Seat: Secure the assembled armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the appropriate screws. Ensure they are firmly attached.
6. Install the Footrest: Slide the footrest into the footrest rails attached to the seat.
7. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift, aligning the central hole of the mechanism with the top of the gas lift. Press down firmly.
8. Attach Backrest: Connect the backrest to the seat by aligning the metal brackets on the backrest with the corresponding slots on the seat's mechanism. Secure with screws. Cover the screw holes with the plastic caps.
9. Install Headrest and Lumbar Pillow: Attach the lumbar support pillow to the backrest using its adjustable straps. Place the headrest pillow at the top of the backrest.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting Chair Height

To adjust the chair's height, locate the 'LIFT' lever on the right side, beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards while sitting on the chair to lower it, or while standing to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height.

5.2. Reclining Function

The chair features a 155° recline function for optimal relaxation. Locate the 'RECLINE' lever on the left side, beneath the seat. Pull the lever upwards to unlock the backrest, then lean back to your desired angle. Release the lever to lock the backrest in position.

5.3. Adjustable Armrests

The armrests can be adjusted vertically to suit your preference. Press the button located on the side of each armrest and move the armrest up or down. Release the button to lock it in place.

5.4. Retractable Footrest

For added comfort during recline, pull the footrest outwards from beneath the seat. Extend it to your desired length. To retract, push it back under the seat until it is fully hidden.

6. Maintenance

• Cleaning: For general cleaning, wipe the faux leather and mesh surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the material.
• Inspection: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Re-tighten if any feel loose.
• Moving the Chair: When moving the chair, lift it rather than dragging it to prevent damage to the casters or floor.

• Footrest Sticks: Ensure the footrest rails are clean and free of obstructions. Loosen the screws on the footrest rails slightly if they are too tight.
