3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Unpacking

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Resistance Adjustment

The stepper offers 16 levels of magnetic resistance, adjustable up to 77 LBS. Rotate the tension control knob located on the central column to increase or decrease resistance. Turn clockwise for higher resistance, counter-clockwise for lower.

4.2 Adjustable Pedal Angles and Incline

Customize your workout intensity by adjusting the 3-level pedal angles and 3-level incline. Refer to the assembly guide for specific instructions on how to adjust these settings.

4.3 Console and Bluetooth App Connectivity

The integrated LCD monitor tracks time, steps, count, distance, and calories. For enhanced tracking and guided challenges, connect the stepper to the Bluetooth App on your smartphone. A cup holder is provided for convenience.

4.4 Foot Placement

The stepper features 19-inch extra-long non-slip foot mats suitable for most foot sizes, ensuring stability and comfort during your workout.
