1. Introduction
The BIQU Panda Station is a versatile working stand cabinet designed to optimize your 3D printing workflow. It provides integrated storage for 3D printers, AMS units, filament spools, and tools, creating an organized and efficient workspace. Constructed from durable aluminum and steel, this station is built for stability and longevity, suitable for various 3D printing environments.
Key features include a dedicated tool storage drawer, dual-layer pull-out drawers for filament or AMS units, 360-degree rotating wheels for mobility, and pre-positioned ports for clean cable management. It is compatible with a range of Bambu-Lab printers, including P1P, P1S, X1C, X1E, A1, A1 Mini, H2S, H2D, and H2C, and integrates seamlessly with other Panda Verse products to maximize vertical space utility.

2. Setup Instructions
The Panda Station is designed for minimal assembly. Follow these general steps to set up your workstation:
- Unboxing: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
- Placement: Position the cabinet in your desired location. Ensure the surface is level and stable.
- Wheel Attachment and Adjustment: The station comes with 360-degree rotating wheels for easy movement. Attach the wheels if not pre-installed. Once positioned, use the provided rubber feet to stabilize the unit. Twist the rubber feet to lower them and lift the wheels off the ground, ensuring the station is secure and stable during printing operations. A specific STL file for a wheel adjustment tool is available on Maker World for precise adjustments.
- Initial Cleaning: Wipe down all surfaces with a soft, dry cloth to remove any dust or debris from manufacturing.

3. Operation
The Panda Station is designed for efficient organization and access to your 3D printing essentials.
- Top Tool Storage Drawer: This drawer (38x42x6cm) is located at the top of the unit. It is ideal for organizing small tools, spare parts, and accessories. You can customize the internal layout using DIY-printed dividers to keep items sorted and easily accessible.
- Dual-Layer Pull-Out Drawers: Below the tool drawer are two pull-out drawers (38.5x39.5x26cm each). These are designed to store up to two AMS units or approximately 20 filament spools. The pull-out design allows for convenient access and management of your materials.
- AMS Connectivity: AMS units stored in the drawers can be connected directly to the 3D printer placed on top of the station. Utilize the routing ports at the rear of the cabinet for clean and organized cable management. Rubber grommets are included for dust-proof sealing around the cables.
- Humidity Monitoring: The built-in hygrometer provides an accurate reading of the humidity inside the cabinet, helping you maintain optimal storage conditions for your filaments.
- Door-Activated Lighting (Optional): If equipped with the optional White Light Kit, the internal lighting will activate when the door is opened, improving visibility.
- RGB Ambient Lighting (Optional): The station supports optional RGB ambient lighting, which can be purchased separately to enhance the aesthetic of your workspace and provide atmospheric enhancement.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Panda Station.
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the exterior and interior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Humidity Control: Monitor the built-in hygrometer. To maintain a sealed environment and prevent moisture absorption by filaments, ensure the cabinet doors are properly closed. For optimal humidity control, place desiccant packets inside the filament storage drawers and replace them as needed.
- Drawer Functionality: Ensure the pull-out drawers move smoothly. If they become stiff, check for any obstructions or debris in the tracks.
- Wheel and Foot Stability: Regularly check the stability of the wheels and rubber feet. Re-adjust the rubber feet if the station feels wobbly during operation.
5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your Panda Station.
- Station is unstable or wobbles: Ensure the rubber feet are properly deployed and adjusted. Twist the feet to firmly contact the floor and lift the wheels slightly, providing maximum stability. Refer to the wheel adjustment tool instructions if necessary.
- High humidity inside the cabinet: Verify that the cabinet doors are fully closed and sealed. Replace or recharge desiccant packets within the filament storage area.
- Drawers are difficult to open/close: Check for any filament spools, tools, or other items obstructing the drawer tracks. Ensure the drawers are not overloaded.
- AMS cables are not routing cleanly: Ensure cables are passed through the designated routing ports and that rubber grommets are correctly installed to prevent snagging or damage.
