Setup
1. Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the borescope, probe, and accessories for any signs of damage. If any damage is found, do not proceed with setup and contact customer support.
2. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the borescope's internal battery. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the device's charging port and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate during charging and change color or turn off when fully charged. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.
3. Attaching the Probe
Align the connector of the flexible probe with the port on the main unit. Gently push and twist until it is securely fastened. Ensure a firm connection to prevent signal loss during operation.
Operating Instructions
1. Powering On/Off
Press and hold the power button (usually marked with ON/OFF or a power symbol) for 3 seconds to turn the device on. The display will illuminate. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display shuts down.
2. Navigating the Probe
Gently insert the flexible probe into the inspection area. Use the articulation joystick or control buttons on the main unit to steer the probe tip. The 720° 4-way articulation allows precise positioning of the camera lens.

4. Adjusting LED Illumination
Press the LED light button (often marked with a light bulb symbol) to cycle through the 4 brightness levels of the 6 integrated LEDs. Adjust the brightness to achieve optimal visibility in different environments.
5. Capturing Photos and Videos
- Photo: Press the photo button (usually a camera icon) to capture a still image. The image will be saved to the internal memory or an inserted SD card (if applicable).
- Video: Press the video button (usually a video camera icon) to start recording. Press it again to stop recording. Videos are saved in 1280x720P resolution.
6. Display and Menu Navigation
The 5.0" IPS LCD monitor displays the live feed from the probe. Use the MENU button to access settings such as resolution, language, and date/time. Navigate through menu options using the directional buttons and confirm selections with the OK button.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Probe and Lens
After each use, especially in dirty or oily environments, gently wipe the probe and camera lens with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn residue, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol can be used. Ensure the lens is clean for clear imaging. Do not submerge the main unit in liquids.
2. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the device frequently. Recharge the battery when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the device for an extended period, charge it to approximately 50% every three months.
3. Storage
Store the borescope in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep the probe coiled loosely to prevent kinks or damage. Use the original packaging or a protective case for storage and transport.
