The Ninja Foodi FD 101 features a unique TenderCrisp™ Technology, allowing you to pressure cook ingredients to lock in juices, then finish them with a crispy texture using the crisping lid. It includes a 5-quart cooking capacity, suitable for a 4-lb chicken or 2 lbs of French fries.

Setup
- Remove all packaging materials, promotional labels, and tape from the unit.
- Wash the cooking pot, Cook & Crisp™ Plate, and any other accessories in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

- Sear/Sauté: Use the pressure lid (without sealing). Select SEAR/SAUTÉ and adjust temperature.
