Setup
1. Assembly Options
The Saiyin DS6401SB offers two primary assembly configurations: a single soundbar or two tower speakers.

Single Soundbar Configuration:
- Align the two halves of the soundbar.
- Twist and merge them until they securely lock into a single horizontal unit.
Tower Speaker Configuration:
- Separate the soundbar into two pieces.
- Align each piece with a speaker base (L for left, R for right).
- Rotate each piece until it aligns perfectly and locks onto its base.
2. Connectivity Options
The soundbar supports multiple audio input methods:
- AUX: Connect devices using the provided 3.5mm AUX cable.
- TV-ARC (HDMI): Connect to your TV's HDMI ARC port for synchronized volume and power control. (HDMI cable not included).
- OPTICAL: Use the provided optical cable for high-quality digital audio.
- SUBOUT: For connecting an active subwoofer (subwoofer not included).
- Bluetooth 5.3: Wireless connection for streaming from compatible devices.

Connecting via Optical Cable:
- Plug one end of the optical cable into the soundbar's OPTICAL port.
- Plug the other end into your TV's optical/SPDIF port.
- Ensure your TV's audio output settings are configured to "Optical" or "SPDIF" and set to "Stereo" (PCM) to avoid compatibility issues with Dolby or DTS formats.
Connecting via TV-ARC (HDMI):
- Connect an HDMI cable (not included) from the soundbar's TV-ARC port to your TV's HDMI ARC port.
- Enable HDMI-CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) on your TV settings for synchronized power and volume control.
- Set your TV's audio output to "HDMI ARC" and ensure Dolby/DTS is turned off.
Connecting via Bluetooth:
- Press the "BT" button on the remote or the "M" button on the soundbar until the blue BT indicator light blinks.
- On your device (phone, tablet, PC), search for "SineAudio DS6401S" in the Bluetooth settings and pair.
- The blue light will become solid when connected.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press the power button on the soundbar or the remote control to turn the unit on or off.
2. Volume Control
Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons on the soundbar or remote to adjust the audio level.
3. Input Mode Selection
Press the "M" button on the soundbar or the corresponding input buttons (BT, ARC, OPT, AUX) on the remote to switch between input modes. The LED indicators on the soundbar will show the active mode (Purple for OPT, White for ARC, Blue for BT, Green for AUX).
4. Sound Effects
The remote control features three preset sound effects:
- Movie Mode: Enhances bass for a more immersive cinematic experience.
- Music Mode: Provides balanced audio for music playback.
- News Mode: Optimizes vocal clarity for dialogue.

To prevent distortion, the difference between the three sound effects is not excessive.
5. AUX Boost Function
When using the AUX connection, double-click the AUX button on the remote to enhance or restore the volume.
Maintenance
- Keep the soundbar away from water, moisture, and direct sunlight.
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on the soundbar.
Troubleshooting
No Sound:
- Check if the soundbar is powered on and the volume is not muted or too low.
- Verify that the correct input mode (AUX, ARC, OPT, BT) is selected on the soundbar.
- Ensure all cables are securely connected to both the soundbar and your audio source (TV, PC, etc.).
- For optical/ARC connections, check your TV's audio output settings. Ensure it's set to "Stereo" (PCM) and Dolby/DTS is disabled.
Distorted Sound:
- Reduce the volume on both the soundbar and the audio source.
- Check for loose cable connections.
- If using Bluetooth, ensure the device is within range (up to 16 feet) and there are no obstructions.
Remote Control Not Working:
- Ensure there are fresh batteries in the remote control.
- Point the remote directly at the soundbar's sensor.
- Remove any obstructions between the remote and the soundbar.
