1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and Assembly

The Lotto Runex R1 treadmill comes 95% pre-assembled, requiring minimal setup before first use.

3.1 Unfolding the Treadmill

1. Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface.
2. Gently lift the console and handlebar assembly until it locks into the upright position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are securely engaged.
3. Connect the power cord to the treadmill and then to a grounded electrical outlet.

3.2 Folding for Storage

The treadmill is 100% foldable for convenient storage.

1. Ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged.
2. Carefully release the locking mechanism for the console/handlebar assembly.
3. Gently lower the console and handlebar assembly until it rests flat against the running deck.
4. Use the integrated transport wheels to move the folded treadmill to your desired storage location.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Console Overview

The LED console displays key workout metrics and allows control over the treadmill's functions.

• LED Display: Shows Speed, Time, Distance, Calories burned, and Heart Rate (Pulse).
• Speed Buttons: Adjust speed from 1 to 10 km/h.
• Start/Stop Button: Initiates or pauses/stops the workout.
• Program (P) Button: Selects from 12 preset workout programs.
• Mode (M) Button: Cycles through display modes or sets target values.
• Pulse Sensors: Integrated into the handlebars to measure heart rate.
• Tablet/Smartphone Holder: Conveniently located for your device.

4.2 Starting a Workout

1. Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is properly attached to the console and your clothing.
2. Step onto the side rails of the treadmill.
3. Press the START button. The treadmill will begin at a low speed.
4. Gradually increase the speed using the speed adjustment buttons to your desired pace (1-10 km/h).
5. To stop, press the STOP button or pull the safety key.

4.3 Manual Incline Adjustment

The Runex R1 features 2 levels of manual incline to increase workout intensity.

1. Important: Adjust the incline only when the treadmill is stopped and unplugged.
2. Locate the incline adjustment pins at the rear of the treadmill.
3. Lift the rear of the treadmill slightly and adjust the pins to the desired incline level. Ensure both sides are set equally.
4. Lower the treadmill gently and ensure it is stable before resuming use.

4.4 Preset Programs

The treadmill includes 12 preset programs designed for varied workouts.

1. From standby mode, press the PROG (P) button to cycle through the available programs (P1-P12).
2. Once you select a program, press START to begin. The treadmill will automatically adjust speed according to the program profile.

4.5 Bluetooth Connectivity and App Compatibility

Connect your treadmill via Bluetooth to compatible fitness apps for enhanced workout experiences.

1. Download the FitShow, Kinomap, or Zwift app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your device.
3. Open the chosen app and follow its instructions to search for and connect to your Lotto Runex R1 treadmill.
4. Once connected, you can control the treadmill and track your workouts through the app.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.

• Cleaning: Wipe down the treadmill after each use with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
