- Maximum User Weight: Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 110 kg.
- Supervision: Children and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities should only use the treadmill under supervision.
- Emergency Stop: Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing before starting a workout. In case of an emergency, the safety key will detach, immediately stopping the treadmill.
- Placement: Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface, ensuring adequate clear space (at least 2 meters) behind and 0.6 meters on each side for safe operation and emergency dismount.
- Power Cord: Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged. Do not place the treadmill on the power cord.
- Usage Duration: To prevent motor overheating and ensure product longevity, avoid continuous operation for extended periods. It is recommended to limit individual workout sessions to approximately 25-30 minutes, allowing for cool-down periods between uses.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect the treadmill for loose parts, wear, or damage. Do not use if any components are damaged.

3. Assembly and Setup
The Lifelong LLTM173 Treadmill requires minimal assembly. It comes largely pre-assembled, and the main unit, toolkit, and manual are included in the box.
Unpacking and Placement:
- Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 2 meters of clear space behind the treadmill and 0.6 meters on each side for safe operation and emergency dismount.
- Unfold the handle and secure it in the upright position according to the quick start guide provided in the toolkit.
Power Connection:
- Ensure the treadmill's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating the Treadmill
Control Panel and Display:
The treadmill features an intuitive LED display panel that shows important workout metrics and controls.

- Display Metrics: Speed, Distance, Time, Calories, Pulse (if heart rate sensors are used).
- Control Buttons: Start, Stop, Speed adjustment (+/-), Program selection, Mode.
Starting a Workout:
- Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the power switch is ON.
- Stand on the side rails of the treadmill.
- Attach the safety key clip to your clothing and place the magnetic end onto the designated area on the control panel. The display will illuminate.
- Press the START button. The treadmill will begin at a low speed after a short countdown.
- Carefully step onto the running belt and begin walking.
Adjusting Speed and Incline:
- Speed: Use the + and - buttons on the control panel to increase or decrease the running speed.
- Manual Incline: The treadmill features a 12% manual incline. To adjust the incline, you must stop the treadmill and manually adjust the incline levels at the rear of the machine. Refer to the quick start guide for detailed instructions on manual incline adjustment.

Workout Programs:
The treadmill includes 12 preset workout programs (P1-P12) designed to vary speed and intensity. Press the PROGRAM button to cycle through the available programs. Press START to begin the selected program.
Smart Connectivity:
- Bluetooth Speakers: Connect your device via Bluetooth to the treadmill's integrated speakers to enjoy music during your workout.
- Zwift App: The treadmill supports the Zwift fitness app for interactive and engaging workout sessions. Follow the instructions within the Zwift app to connect to your treadmill.
Stopping a Workout:
- Press the STOP button to gradually slow down and stop the treadmill.
- Alternatively, pull the safety key from the control panel for an immediate stop.
- Once the belt has stopped, step off the treadmill.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your treadmill.
Cleaning:
- Wipe down the treadmill surfaces, including the console and handrails, with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
Running Belt Lubrication:
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Refer to the quick start guide for specific lubrication instructions and recommended lubricant type. Generally, lubrication is needed every few months depending on usage.
Running Belt Adjustment:
If the running belt starts to slip or drift to one side, it may need adjustment. Consult the quick start guide for instructions on how to tension and center the running belt using the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your treadmill, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Treadmill Not Starting:

- Ensure the power switch is in the ON position.
- Verify that the safety key is correctly placed on the control panel.
