Setup

1. Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any signs of damage. Ensure all parts listed in the package contents are present.

2. Battery Charging

  1. Locate the battery charger and connect it to the sprayer's charging port.
  2. Plug the charger into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Allow the battery to charge for 5-6 hours for a full charge. The power indicator light will show charging status.
  4. Ensure charging is done in a well-ventilated area.

3. Assembly

  1. Attach the hose to the sprayer unit and the spray handle, ensuring a secure connection.
  2. Connect the desired wand (brass or plastic) to the spray handle.
  3. Select and attach the appropriate nozzle to the end of the wand by twisting it on securely.
  4. Adjust the shoulder straps for a comfortable fit, ensuring the chest strap is also secured if desired.

Operating Instructions

1. Filling the Tank

  1. Ensure the sprayer is turned off and the battery is disconnected if performing maintenance.
  2. Unscrew the wide-mouth cap of the tank.
  3. Pour the desired liquid into the tank, using the volume markings for accurate measurement. Ensure the liquid is compatible with the sprayer and intended application.
  4. Do not overfill. Securely fasten the cap after filling.

2. Starting the Sprayer

  1. Ensure the battery is properly connected and charged.
  2. Turn on the power switch located on the sprayer unit.
  3. Adjust the pressure knob to the desired setting (0-90 PSI).

3. Spraying

  1. Point the nozzle towards the target area.
  2. Press the trigger on the spray handle to begin spraying.
  3. For continuous spraying, engage the lockable switch on the handle.
  4. Release the trigger or disengage the lockable switch to stop spraying.

4. After Use

  1. Turn off the power switch on the sprayer unit.
  2. Relieve any remaining pressure by briefly pressing the trigger.
  3. Empty any remaining liquid from the tank and clean the sprayer thoroughly (refer to Maintenance section).

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Tank and Nozzles
