3. Assembly Instructions

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Basic Operation

  • Power On/Off: Use the master power switch located near the base of the treadmill. The console will illuminate.
  • Start/Stop: Press the 'START' button on the console to begin. The belt will start moving at a low speed. Press 'STOP' to halt the belt.
  • Speed Adjustment: Use the 'Speed +/-' buttons on the console or handlebars to increase or decrease the belt speed (range: 0.6-8.7 MPH). Quick-access speed buttons (e.g., 3, 6, 9 MPH) are also available.
  • Incline Adjustment: Use the 'Incline +/-' buttons on the console or handlebars to adjust the incline (range: 0-15%). Quick-access incline buttons (e.g., 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15%) are also available.
  • Safety Key: Always attach the safety key clip to your clothing. If the safety key is dislodged, the treadmill will stop automatically.

5. Folding and Storage

The BMJX US T4303B treadmill features a hydraulic auto-folding system for convenient storage, making it ideal for home use with limited space.
