1. Introduction

The UNV XVR302-16Q3 is a 16-channel hybrid XVR DVR designed for integrating various camera types into a single surveillance recording system. The XVR features HDMI and VGA outputs for local live viewing and playback on monitors. Remote access is available through a mobile application and compatible client software, enabling live video monitoring, recorded clip review, and event alerts from various locations. Its compact design and quiet operation make it suitable for home, small office, and light commercial surveillance applications requiring reliable 24/7 recording.
