3. Setup & Assembly

The REDDYDY RD2 scooter comes partially assembled. Follow these steps to complete the setup:

1. Unboxing: Carefully remove the scooter and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit.
2. Handlebar Installation: Lock the handlebars into the upright position. Feed the control wires down through the stem. Insert and tighten the two bolts to secure the handlebars. Ensure they are very snug.
3. Reflector Attachment: Peel the adhesive backing off the reflective markers (two for the front, two for the rear) and firmly stick them into their designated places on the scooter's frame.
4. Adjusting the Headlight: The front LED headlight can be adjusted to direct the beam as needed for optimal visibility. Tighten any loose bolts on the headlight assembly.

Folding and Unfolding:

The scooter features a high-strength foldable frame for easy storage and transport.

• To Fold: Locate the folding pin/lever on the stem. Pull it up and then push the stem downwards until it locks into the folded position.
• To Unfold: Release the locking mechanism and pull the stem upwards until it clicks securely into the upright riding position. Ensure it is fully locked before riding.
