4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

Remove all components from the packaging. Place the Kranzle K1122TST unit on a firm, level surface. The unit features a steel frame with a plastic cover that holds accessories and the hose reel.

4.2 Water Supply Connection

Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the connection is tight to prevent leaks. 4.3 High-Pressure Hose and Gun Assembly

Use the MTM M22 14 to 3/8" Stainless Coupler (24.5021) if needed for the Kranzle hose. Connect the other end of the high-pressure hose to the MTM SGS28 Swivel Gun. Ensure all connections are secure using the safety coupler screw connections.

4.4 Attaching Nozzles and Foam Cannon

The MTM SGS28 Swivel Gun is equipped with quick connects. To attach a nozzle or the foam cannon, pull back the collar on the quick connect, insert the accessory, and release the collar to lock it in place. The package includes a 40-degree Acqualine Rinse Nozzle, a Vario-jet Nozzle, and a Dirt Killer Turbo Nozzle. The MTM PF22.2 Foam Cannon also connects via quick connect.

4.5 Electrical Connection

Plug the 35' power cord with GFI into a grounded 110-volt, 15-amp outlet. Test the GFI before each use by pressing the 'TEST' button, then 'RESET'.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Initial Startup and Priming

1. Ensure all water connections are secure and the water supply is fully open.
2. With the unit OFF, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle. This primes the pump.
3. Plug in the unit and turn the power switch ON. The K1122TST features an easy start and auto on/off gun-jet control, meaning the motor will only run when the trigger is squeezed.

5.2 Using the Pressure Washer

Once the unit is running, squeeze the trigger on the gun to begin spraying. The pressure washer will deliver 1400 PSI at 2.1 GPM. Adjust your distance from the cleaning surface based on the material and desired cleaning intensity.
