4. Setup and Installation

4.2 Assembly Steps

1. Assemble Main Frame: Connect the main horizontal and vertical aluminum tubes using the provided joints and bolts. Do not fully tighten bolts at this stage to allow for adjustment.

2. Attach Side Supports: Secure the curved side support tubes to the main frame using the designated connection points. Again, keep bolts slightly loose for now.

3. Install Base Mounts: Attach the base mounting brackets to the bottom ends of the tower legs.

4.3 Mounting to Boat

1. Position Tower: Carefully place the assembled tower onto the chosen mounting locations on your boat. Adjust the tower width to fit your boat's dimensions (62"-103" wide).
2. Mark and Drill: Once the tower is correctly positioned and aligned, mark the drilling points for the base mounts. Remove the tower, drill pilot holes, and then the final mounting holes according to the hardware size. Ensure holes are sealed to prevent water intrusion.
3. Secure Tower: Re-position the tower and secure it to the boat's deck using the provided bolts, washers, and nuts. Use appropriate sealant around all drilled holes.

4. Final Tightening: Once the tower is securely mounted, go back and fully tighten all bolts and fasteners on the tower frame. Double-check all connections for tightness.

5. Operating Instructions

The HECASA Wakeboard Tower provides a raised tow point for wakeboarding, wakesurfing, and other water sports, enhancing the experience by lifting the tow rope clear of the water and wake. It also serves as a mounting point for accessories such as speakers, lights, and board racks.
