Assembly Instructions
Your Spacewalk M6 e-bike is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly.
1. Unboxing and Initial Setup
Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Remove all protective wrapping and foam.

2. Handlebar Installation
Loosen the screws on the stem, position the handlebar, and tighten the screws securely. Ensure the handlebar is centered and aligned.

3. Front Wheel Installation
Remove the protective spacer from the front fork. Align the front wheel with the fork, ensuring the brake rotor slides into the caliper. Secure the wheel with the quick-release skewer or axle nuts.
4. Front Fender Installation
Attach the front fender to the fork using the provided screws and tools. Ensure it is securely fastened and does not interfere with the wheel's rotation.
5. Headlight Installation
Mount the headlight to the designated bracket on the front fork. Connect the headlight cable to the main wiring harness, ensuring the arrows on the connectors align.
6. Pedal Installation
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Use a wrench to securely fasten them to the crank arms.
7. Battery Installation & Charging
Insert the removable 48V 15Ah battery into its compartment and lock it with the key. Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery. The charger's red light indicates charging, and a green light indicates a full charge (4-6 hours).

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button on the LCD display to turn the bike on or off. The battery also has a separate power switch.
2. Riding Modes
The Spacewalk M6 offers three riding modes:
- Pure Electric Riding: Power on, just twist the throttle. Range up to 50 miles.
- Pedal Assist Riding: Power on and start pedaling. The motor provides assistance. Range up to 70 miles.
- Manual Cycling: Power off, just pedal like a traditional bicycle.

3. Display Functions
The LCD display shows speed, battery level, pedal assist level (PAS), odometer (ODO), total mileage, voltage (VCL), and single trip mileage (TRIP).

4. Lights and Horn
The bike is equipped with brighter LED headlights and taillights for visibility. Use the left/right turn signals for safe maneuvering. The horn provides an audible warning.
