Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the hearing aid case and devices. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator lights on the case will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 100 hours of usage with the charging case.

2. Selecting Ear Tips
Choose the silicone ear tip size (S, M, L) that provides the most comfortable and secure fit in your ear canal. A proper fit is crucial for optimal sound quality and to prevent feedback.

3. Powering On/Off
To power on the hearing aid, press and hold the multi-functional button for 3 seconds until you hear a confirmation sound. To power off, press and hold the button again for 3 seconds.
4. Placing in Ear
Gently insert the hearing aid into your ear canal. Ensure it is seated comfortably and securely. The discreet design makes it virtually unnoticeable.

Operating Instructions
1. Volume Control
The hearing aids feature 4 volume levels. Short press the multi-functional button to cycle through the volume settings. You will hear a 'beep' for each level, and a 'beeep----' for the maximum level. The device remembers your last setting.

2. Sound Quality and Noise Cancellation
Equipped with an upgraded smart chip and AI-powered dynamic noise cancellation, these hearing aids deliver true-to-life sound. They offer up to 38dB maximum gain, enhancing clear conversations and natural sound while filtering out background noise.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean your hearing aids and ear tips using the provided cleaning cloth and brushes. This prevents wax buildup and ensures optimal performance. Gently brush away any debris from the sound output and microphone ports.
2. Ear Tip Replacement
If ear tips become worn or damaged, replace them with new ones from the provided S/M/L sizes to maintain a secure fit and sound quality.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound or Low Volume:
Ensure the device is powered on and fully charged. Check the volume level and adjust if necessary. Verify that the ear tip is correctly seated and not blocked by earwax. - Feedback/Whistling:
This often indicates an improper fit. Try a different size ear tip for a more secure seal. Ensure the hearing aid is fully inserted into the ear canal. If the issue persists, power off the device, re-insert it, and power it back on. - Discomfort:
If you experience discomfort, try a smaller ear tip. Ensure the device is not inserted too deeply or at an awkward angle. - Charging Issues:
Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check if the charging indicator lights are active. Clean the charging contacts on both the hearing aids and the case.
