Setup

1. Safety Information

• Installation by a qualified professional is recommended.
• Always turn off power at the circuit breaker controlling your HVAC system before installation.
• Do NOT install the thermostat with wet hands or while standing on wet or damp surfaces.

2. Wiring and Mounting

The thermostat is compatible with low voltage (24V) HVAC systems. It is NOT compatible with high voltage (120V or 240V) electric heating systems.

1. Carefully remove your old thermostat. Take a picture of the wiring for reference.
2. Mount the new receiver unit to the wall using the provided screws and wall anchors. Ensure it is level.
3. Connect the wires from your HVAC system to the corresponding terminals on the receiver unit. Refer to the wiring diagram in the Tuya App or your local building codes for specific connections.
4. Attach the thermostat unit to the mounted receiver unit.

3. App Connection (Tuya App)

1. Download the Tuya Smart App from your mobile device's app store.
2. Register or log in to your Tuya account.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your new ZYNCUE Smart Home Thermostat. This typically involves putting the thermostat into pairing mode and connecting it to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.

Operating Instructions

1. Manual Control

The thermostat features touch buttons for direct control:

• Power Button: Turns the unit On/Off.
• Up/Down Arrows: Adjusts the set temperature.
• Mode Button: Cycles through heating, cooling, and automatic modes.

• Battery Replacement: The transmitter panel is powered by AC85-265V or USB (DC5V), but also supports two No. 5 batteries (not included) for backup or specific functions. Replace batteries as needed if applicable to your setup.

Troubleshooting

• No Power: Check the circuit breaker for your HVAC system. Ensure the thermostat is properly connected to its power source.
