1. Introduction

This versatile hub is designed to expand the connectivity of your laptop, desktop, or MacBook, providing a comprehensive solution for both high-speed data transfer and efficient power delivery. With a combination of USB 3.2 and USB 3.0 data ports, alongside dedicated USB-C PD charging ports and a 100W PD pass-through port, this hub is engineered to meet diverse multitasking needs. Please read this manual carefully to ensure proper setup and optimal performance of your device.

3. Product Features

• Hybrid USB Port Expander: Expands a single host port into 10 versatile ports, including 3x USB 3.2 data ports (10Gbps), 4x USB 3.0 data ports (5Gbps), 2x USB-C PD 45W fast-charging ports, and 1x PD 100W pass-through port. This hub does NOT support video output.
• 3 USB-C PD Charging Ports: Features two dedicated 45W USB-C PD fast-charging ports (45W max single-port; 22.5W max per port for dual-port simultaneous charging) for devices like iPhones, iPads, or Apple Watches. A side-mounted 100W PD pass-through port keeps your laptop charged (requires your own charger for the 100W PD port).

• Blazing-Fast Data Transfer: Offers 1x USB-A 3.2 port, 2x USB-C 3.2 ports (up to 10Gbps), and 2x USB-A 3.0 ports, 2x USB-C 3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps) for rapid transfer of large files, photos, and videos.

• Stable 66W Power Supply: Includes a 66W (24V/2.75A) DC power adapter to ensure stable and consistent power delivery to all connected devices. Features built-in surge protection against over-voltage and over-current.

• Detachable USB-C Cable: Comes with a detachable 3.3ft USB-C host cable for easy storage and portability, compatible with most USB-C laptops, PCs, MacBooks, and Chromebooks.
• Individual Touch Buttons: Each port features a touch-sensitive switch to activate or deactivate it independently. A blue LED light indicates the power status of each port, helping to keep your workspace organized.

4. Setup Instructions

1. Connect Power Adapter: Plug the included 66W DC power adapter into the DC 24V/2.75A input port on the hub, then connect the adapter to a power outlet. The hub requires external power for stable operation and charging capabilities.
2. Connect to Host Device: Use the detachable 3.3ft USB-C host cable to connect the hub's upstream USB-C port to a compatible USB-C port on your laptop, desktop, or MacBook. Ensure your host device's USB-C port supports the desired data transfer speeds (e.g., USB 3.2 for 10Gbps).
3. Connect Peripherals: Plug your USB devices (e.g., external hard drives, flash drives, keyboards, mice, printers) into the appropriate data ports (USB 3.2 or USB 3.0) on the hub.
4. Connect Charging Devices: For fast charging, connect your compatible USB-C devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) to the dedicated USB-C PD 45W charging ports. If you wish to charge your laptop through the hub, connect your laptop's original charger to the 100W PD pass-through port on the side of the hub.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Data Transfer

The hub features 3x USB 3.2 data ports (2x USB-C, 1x USB-A) offering speeds up to 10Gbps, and 4x USB 3.0 data ports (2x USB-C, 2x USB-A) offering speeds up to 5Gbps. For optimal performance with high-speed devices like SSDs, utilize the USB 3.2 ports. For standard peripherals, the USB 3.0 ports are sufficient.

5.2 Power Delivery (PD) Charging

The two dedicated USB-C PD charging ports provide up to 45W for a single device or 22.5W each when two devices are charged simultaneously. The 100W PD pass-through port allows your laptop to receive power while the hub is in use. Ensure your laptop charger is connected to this port for pass-through charging.

5.3 Individual Port Control

Each data and charging port (excluding the 100W PD input) is equipped with an individual touch-sensitive button and a blue LED indicator. To activate a port, simply tap its corresponding button. The blue LED will illuminate. To deactivate a port, press and hold the button for approximately two seconds until the LED turns off. This feature allows you to manage power to individual devices, conserving energy and preventing interference.

6. Maintenance

• Keep the hub clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using liquid or aerosol cleaners.
• Ensure the hub is placed on a stable, flat surface to prevent accidental drops.
• Avoid exposing the hub to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. Contact customer support for assistance.

7. Troubleshooting

• Device Not Recognized:
  • Ensure the hub's power adapter is securely connected to a power outlet and the hub.
  • Verify the USB-C host cable is firmly connected to both the hub and your computer.
  • Check if the individual port's touch button is activated (blue LED illuminated).
  • Try connecting the device directly to your computer to rule out device issues.
  • Restart your computer and reconnect the hub.
• Slow Data Transfer Speed:
  • Ensure your host computer's USB-C port supports USB 3.2 (10Gbps) or USB 3.0 (5Gbps) speeds.
  • Connect high-speed devices (e.g., SSDs) to the designated USB 3.2 ports on the hub.
  • Avoid connecting too many power-hungry devices simultaneously, which can affect overall performance.
• Charging Issues:
  • Confirm the 66W power adapter is correctly connected and functioning.
  • For laptop charging via the 100W PD port, ensure your laptop's original charger is connected to this port. The hub itself does not provide power to the laptop without an external charger connected to the PD input.
  • Check the power requirements of your charging device; the 45W PD ports have specific limits.
• No Video Output:
  • Please note that this USB-C hub does NOT support video output.
