Step 2: Assemble the Base Frame
Connect the horizontal and vertical galvanized steel tubes using the provided connectors and hardware to form the base perimeter of the kennel. Ensure all connections are finger-tight initially.
Step 3: Attach Chain Link Fence Panels
Attach the chain link fence panels to the assembled frame using the clamps and hardware. Work your way around the perimeter, ensuring the panels are taut. This is crucial for stability and to prevent gaps.

Step 4: Install the Door
Integrate the lockable door assembly into the designated opening in the frame. Secure it firmly with the provided hinges and locking mechanism. Test the door to ensure it opens and closes smoothly and locks securely.
Step 5: Install the Roof Frame and Canopy Cover
Assemble the roof frame structure. Once the roof frame is secure, drape the UV-resistant canopy cover over it. Secure the cover to the frame using the attached bungee cords or ties, ensuring it is taut to prevent water pooling.

Step 6: Final Tightening and Securing

Operation
The LZBEITEM Large Outdoor Dog Kennel is designed for secure and comfortable outdoor housing for your pet.
- Lockable Door: Always ensure the door is securely latched and locked when your pet is inside to prevent escape and protect them from external elements.
- Canopy Cover: The UV-resistant and waterproof canopy provides shade from the sun and protection from rain. Ensure it remains taut to prevent water accumulation.
- Spacious Area: The generous dimensions provide ample space for your dog to move, play, and rest comfortably.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your dog kennel and ensure a safe environment for your pet.
- Cleaning: Clean the kennel regularly. The galvanized steel frame can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The canopy cover can be hosed off and air-dried.
- Inspection: Periodically check all connections, bolts, and the chain link fence for any signs of wear, rust, or damage. Tighten any loose bolts.
- Canopy Care: Ensure the canopy remains free of debris (leaves, snow) to prevent damage or collapse.
Troubleshooting
- Gaps in Fencing: If you notice gaps between fence panels or between panels and the frame, ensure the fencing panels were stretched tightly during setup. Re-adjust and secure clamps as needed.
- Wobbly Structure: Verify that all frame connections are fully tightened and that the kennel is anchored to the ground using the provided ground nails. Ensure it is placed on a level surface.
- Water Pooling on Canopy: Ensure the canopy cover is installed tautly and correctly over the roof frame to allow for proper water runoff.
