  • Ensure there is at least 4 inches (10 cm) of clearance on all sides (top, back, and sides) for proper air circulation.

3.3 Initial Cleaning

  1. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth.
  2. Wash the baking pan, air fryer basket, wire rack, and crumb tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  3. Before first use, run the oven empty on a 'Bake' setting at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing oils. A slight odor or smoke is normal during this process. Ensure adequate ventilation.

3.4 Filling the Water Reservoir (for Steam Functions)

  • Locate the water reservoir on the side of the oven.
  • Pull out the reservoir and fill it with distilled or filtered water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
  • Slide the reservoir back into its position until it clicks securely.

  1. Prepare Food: Place food on the appropriate accessory (baking pan, air fryer basket, or wire rack) and insert it into the oven.
  2. Select Function: Press the desired function button on the control panel.
