If your heater is not operating as expected, please check the following:
- No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a functioning 120V wall outlet. Check if the power indicator light is on.
- Heater Not Emitting Heat: Verify that the Power control knob is set to LOW, MED, or HIGH, not OFF. Ensure the Thermostat control knob is set to a higher temperature than the current room temperature.
- Heater Shuts Off Unexpectedly: This may indicate activation of the overheat protection or tip-over safety switch. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool down, and ensure it is on a stable, level surface away from obstructions. Re-plug and restart.
- Unusual Odor: A slight 'hot' smell may occur during initial use. This is normal and should dissipate quickly. If a strong or persistent odor occurs, discontinue use and contact customer support.
