1. Safety Instructions

• When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one terminal to another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Charging and Installation

Ensure batteries are fully charged before first use.

1. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
2. Insert the 4.0Ah battery into the charger. The indicator light will show charging status.
3. Once charged, remove the battery from the charger.
4. Align the charged battery with the base of the jigsaw and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.

4.2 Blade Installation

The SEESII JS02 features a tool-free blade change system.

1. Ensure the jigsaw is disconnected from the battery.
2. Push the blade clamp lever forward.
3. Insert the desired blade into the blade holder with the teeth facing forward.
4. Release the clamp lever and ensure the blade is securely locked in place and sits correctly in the guide roller.

4.3 Edge Guide Installation

For precise straight cuts, attach the edge guide.

1. Slide the edge guide into the slots at the front of the jigsaw base.
2. Adjust the guide to the desired cutting width.
3. Tighten the locking screw to secure the edge guide in position.

4.4 Dust Extraction Port Attachment

For a cleaner work environment, attach the dust extraction port.

1. Locate the dust extraction port at the rear of the jigsaw.
2. Attach a compatible vacuum hose (33mm outer diameter) to the port.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Control

The jigsaw features a variable speed trigger and a lock-on switch for continuous operation.

1. To start the jigsaw, press the ON/OFF switch (trigger).
2. To maintain continuous operation, press the lock-off button while the trigger is depressed. Release the trigger to stop the tool.
3. Adjust the cutting speed using the variable speed dial located on the top of the tool. Slower speeds are for intricate cuts, while higher speeds are for rapid material removal.

5.2 Orbital Action Settings

The jigsaw offers 4 orbital settings to optimize cutting performance for different materials and desired cut quality.

1. Position 0 (Straight Cutting): No orbital action, for fine, splinter-free cuts in wood, and for cutting metal.
2. Position 1 (Small Curve Cutting): Minimal orbital action, for small curves and general cutting in wood.
3. Position 2 (Medium Curve Cutting): Moderate orbital action, for medium curves and faster cutting in wood.
4. Position 3 (Large Curve Cutting): Maximum orbital action, for aggressive, fast cutting in soft wood and rough cuts.

5.3 Bevel Angle Adjustment

The jigsaw allows for tool-free bevel cuts from 0° to 45°.

1. Ensure the jigsaw is disconnected from the battery.
2. Locate the bevel adjustment lever on the base plate.
3. Loosen the lever and tilt the base plate to the desired angle (0°, 15°, 30°, or 45°).
4. Securely lock the lever to fix the base plate in position.
