Setup
Physical Connections
Connect the handset, Ethernet cable, and power (if not using Power over Ethernet - PoE) to the appropriate ports on the back of the phone. The phone supports dual-port Gigabit Ethernet for network connectivity.

Powering On
If using a power adapter (not included), connect it to the power port. If using PoE, connect the Ethernet cable to a PoE-enabled switch. The phone will automatically power on and begin its initialization sequence.
Operating the Phone
Display and Navigation
The phone features a 2.8-inch color LCD display with backlight. The screen is adjustable for optimal viewing angles. Use the navigation keys and soft keys below the display to access menus, directories, and features.
Making and Receiving Calls
To make a call, lift the handset or press the speakerphone button, then dial the number using the keypad. To answer a call, lift the handset or press the answer soft key.

- Dial Pad: Standard numeric and letter keys for dialing.
- Volume Control: Adjusts handset, headset, and speakerphone volume.
- Mute: Mutes the microphone during a call.
- Headset: Activates headset mode.
- Message: Accesses voicemail messages.
