- Insert Filter Tube: Place the filter tube into the center well of the urn, ensuring it is securely seated.

- Secure Lid: Place the lid on the urn and twist to lock it securely in place.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Flip the power switch to the "ON" position. The green indicator light will illuminate, signaling that brewing has begun.

- Keep Warm Mode: Once brewing is complete, the green light will turn off, and the yellow "Keep Warm" light will illuminate. The urn will automatically maintain the coffee at approximately 88°C (190°F) without overheating.
- Serving: Position a cup under the faucet and press the lever down for continuous flow or lift for single-serve dispensing.

Care and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your coffee urn.
- Daily Cleaning: After each use, unplug the urn and allow it to cool completely. Discard used coffee grounds. Wash the lid, filter basket, and filter tube with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Urn Interior: Clean the interior of the urn with a soft cloth or sponge and warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch the stainless steel. Rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the urn with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base of the urn in water.
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the drip tray regularly.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits (scale) may build up inside the urn, affecting performance. Descale the urn every 1-3 months, depending on water hardness and frequency of use.
- Fill the urn with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.
- Run a brewing cycle without coffee grounds.
- After the cycle, let the solution sit in the urn for 30 minutes, then drain.
- Rinse the urn thoroughly with fresh water and run 2-3 cycles with fresh water to remove any vinegar residue.
