Maintenance
- Regularly check tire pressure and condition. The scooter uses 7-inch solid tires, which are puncture-resistant and require no maintenance.
- Keep the scooter clean and dry.
- Store the scooter in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Ensure the battery is charged regularly, even during periods of non-use, to prolong its lifespan.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your scooter, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Scooter not powering on: Check if the key is fully inserted and turned. Ensure the battery is properly connected and charged.
- Reduced range or power: The battery may need a full charge. Battery performance can be affected by extreme temperatures or heavy loads.
- Unusual noises: Inspect wheels and moving parts for any obstructions or loose components.
- Braking issues: Ensure the throttle is fully released. If issues persist, contact customer support.
