Setup and Assembly
The Aoxun Louvered Pergola features a patented plug-and-play frame design for simplified installation. Fewer screws are required compared to traditional models.
Key Assembly Features:
- Structural Patent for Easy Assembly: The unique plug-and-play frame design minimizes the need for screw hole alignment, significantly reducing assembly time and effort.
- Wider Width & Larger Volume Posts: The pergola features 3.8"x3.8" posts, offering 24% wider width compared to standard 3.1"x3.1" posts, enhancing strength and durability.

Anchoring the Pergola:
Anchor bolts are included to secure the pergola to a flat concrete surface. For other surfaces like wood or metal, ensure appropriate anchoring hardware is used.

Operating Instructions
Adjustable Louvered Roof:
The pergola is equipped with a foldable crank handle to adjust the louvered roof. This design eliminates dangling parts and allows for smooth, flexible control of the blinds.

Rotate the handle clockwise to close the louvers for full shade and rain protection. Rotate counter-clockwise to open the louvers, allowing sunlight and airflow. The roof features two independently adjustable areas.

Drainage System:
The louvered pergola incorporates a built-in drainage system to prevent water accumulation. The roof is designed with a slight slope in the middle, directing accumulated water through hidden drain gutters within the beams and down through the columns to the ground.

Maintenance
The pergola's frame is constructed from AlMgZn-coated steel, designed for resistance against rust, corrosion, and UV damage, requiring minimal maintenance.
- Regular Cleaning: Clean the frame and louvers periodically with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Tighten as necessary.
- Drainage System: Ensure the drainage channels are free of debris (leaves, dirt) to maintain proper water flow.
- Snow Removal: In areas with heavy snowfall, clear snow from the roof to prevent excessive weight and potential damage.
