Operating Instructions

Your AreShark office chair offers multiple adjustment features to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.

1. Height Adjustment

To adjust the chair's height, locate the lever beneath the seat on the right side. Pull the lever upwards while lifting your weight off the seat to raise the chair. To lower the chair, pull the lever upwards while remaining seated.

2. Recline Function and Tilt Tension

The chair supports a multi-posture recline from 90° (upright) to 120° (relaxed). To recline, pull the lever located beneath the seat on the left side outwards. To lock the recline position, push the lever inwards. The tilt tension can be adjusted by rotating the round knob located under the seat, allowing you to control the resistance of the recline.

3. Lumbar Support Adjustment

The chair features an adjustable lumbar support system. A knob on the backrest allows for horizontal adjustment (1.57 inches depth support). The lumbar support can also be adjusted vertically (up to 1.97 inches) by sliding it up or down. Adjust these to precisely contour to your lower back for optimal posture.

4. Flip-up Armrests

The armrests can be flipped up 90° vertically. This feature allows for space optimization, enabling the chair to slide further under a desk when not in use. The cushioned armrests provide support during typing or resting.

5. Headrest Adjustment
