3. Setup and Initial Use

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the flashlight. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the flashlight's charging port and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The LCD display will show the charging progress. A full charge is indicated by '100%' on the display.

4. Operating Instructions

The Relybo FP110 features two independent switches for controlling the main light (LED/UV) and the COB side light.

4.1 Main LED Light and UV Light Operation

The upper switch controls the main LED light and the UV light.

Power On/Off: Press the upper switch once to turn on the main LED light. Press again to cycle through modes. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off.
Mode Cycling: With the main LED light on, short press the upper switch to cycle through: High > Medium > Low > Strobe.
UV Mode: From any main LED light mode, press and hold the upper switch for approximately 2 seconds to switch to 395nm UV mode. Repeat the long press to switch back to the main LED light.

4.2 COB Side Light Operation

The lower switch controls the COB side light.

Power On/Off: Press the lower switch once to turn on the COB side light. Press again to cycle through modes. Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn off.
Mode Cycling: With the COB side light on, short press the lower switch to cycle through: High > Low > Sequential Rainbow > Red Strobe.

5. Features and Applications

5.1 Magnetic Base

The flashlight features a strong magnetic base, allowing it to be securely attached to any metallic surface for hands-free operation. This is ideal for automotive repairs, workshop tasks, or emergency lighting.

5.2 Anti-Slip Clip

The integrated anti-slip clip allows for secure attachment to belts, backpack straps, pockets, or even a cap brim for headlamp-style use. This ensures the flashlight is always accessible and provides directional lighting.

5.3 Lanyard Hole

A reinforced lanyard hole provides an additional carrying option, allowing you to attach the flashlight to a keychain, wrist strap, or other gear for quick access and to prevent loss.

5.4 IPX6 Waterproof Rating

7. Maintenance

8. Troubleshooting

Flashlight not turning on:
- Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and check the LCD display.
- Verify that the correct switch is being pressed for the desired light (upper for main/UV, lower for COB).
Light output is dim:
- The battery might be low. Recharge the flashlight.
- Ensure the lens is clean.
Flashlight not charging:
- Check the USB-C cable and power adapter for damage. Try a different cable or adapter.
- Ensure the USB-C cable is fully inserted into the charging port.

9. Safety Information

Eye Safety: Do not look directly into the LED light or shine it directly into the eyes of people or animals. The high intensity light can cause temporary vision impairment or permanent eye damage.
Children: Keep this product out of reach of children.
Heat: The flashlight may become warm during prolonged use, especially on high settings. This is normal.
Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the flashlight. This will void the warranty and may cause damage or injury.
Battery: The battery is integrated and non-replaceable. Do not attempt to remove or replace it. Dispose of the product according to local regulations for electronic waste.
