Setup and Installation

Professional installation is recommended. If performing a DIY installation, ensure you have all necessary tools and understand plumbing connections. Refer to the included installation kit for specific instructions on connecting the faucet, drain system, and other accessories.

1. Measure and Prepare Cabinet

Before cutting your countertop, carefully measure your cabinet and the sink dimensions. The minimum base cabinet size required is 28 3/8 inches. Use the provided sink dimensions to create an accurate cutout template.

2. Sink Placement and Sealing

Carefully place the sink into the prepared countertop opening. Apply a silicone sealant around the perimeter of the sink to create a watertight seal between the sink and the countertop.

3. Faucet and Accessory Installation

Install the pull-down faucet, water purifier faucet, soap dispenser, and other accessories onto the sink's panel kit. Ensure all water lines are correctly connected (hot and cold) and tightened to prevent leaks. Note that a water filter for the purifier faucet is typically not included and must be purchased separately.

4. Drain System Connection

Connect the drain system, including the multilayer deodorant filter, to the sink. Ensure all connections are secure. The right-side drain design allows for increased storage space under the sink.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning the Sink Surface

The sink features a 5.0 upgraded honeycomb nano coating, which is wear-proof, scratch-proof, and oil-repellent. To clean, use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots. Avoid abrasive pads or harsh chemicals that can damage the coating.

3. General Care

  • Wipe down the sink and accessories after each use to prevent mineral buildup and maintain appearance.
  • Avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects into the sink to prevent dents or scratches.
  • The thickened anti-condensation layer and soundproof pad help reduce noise and prevent cabinet moisture. Ensure these remain intact.

Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, please contact customer support.

Common Installation Considerations:

  • Missing Template: If no template is provided for the cut hole, use the sink itself as a guide, ensuring precise measurements.
  • Faucet Hot/Cold Lines: If the faucet's hot and cold water lines are not clearly marked, test connections carefully to ensure correct operation. Typically, the left connection is for hot water and the right for cold.
  • Accessory Threaded Pipes: If threaded pipes on accessories are not deep enough for your counter thickness, additional adapters or modifications may be required.
  • Non-Standard Plumbing: The included plumbing components may not always be U.S. standard. Be prepared to use standard P-traps and connectors as needed.

Operational Issues:

  • Leaking Cup Washer: Ensure all connections to the cup washer are tightly sealed with plumber's putty or appropriate sealant.
  • Soap Dispenser/Purifier Faucet Spinning: If these accessories do not lock into place, check their mounting nuts underneath the counter and tighten them securely.
  • LED Display Not Working: Ensure sufficient water flow through the faucet, as the display is hydropower-driven. If water flow is adequate and it still doesn't work, contact support.

Quality Standards and Considerations:

Please be aware of the following situations, which are within the quality standard range. If you are concerned, please reconsider your purchase:

  • The faucet hole, knife rack hole, and overflow hole are covered with adhesive tape. During installation, remove the tape, as the coating on the tape may come off with it.
  • There may be slight peeling or scuff marks at the edges and corners.
  • The soundproof pad, made of rubber, has a certain thickness, so slight edge indentations or small cracks may occur.
  • No coating where the hole areas are covered with adhesive tape.
