Setup

1. Charging the Device

Before first use, and when the battery is low, fully charge the massager using the provided USB-C data cable. The charging time is approximately 1 hour. Do not operate the massager while it is charging.

2. Positioning and Adjustment

Apply the massager to the desired target area (neck, back, shoulders, or legs). Adjust the position and the strap for a comfortable and effective massage. The massager can be worn handheld or belt-style.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a circle and vertical line) to turn the massager on or off.

2. Adjusting Massage Modes

The massager features 4D kneading massage technology. Short press the power button to cycle through the available massage modes or intensities. The device offers 3 massage gears for varied intensity.

3. Activating Heat Function
