5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On Your PC
After all components are securely installed and cables connected, plug your power supply into a wall outlet and flip the power switch on the PSU to the 'ON' position. Press the Power Button on the front I/O panel to start your computer.
5.2 ARGB Fan Control
The pre-installed ARGB fans can be controlled via the LED button on the front I/O panel to cycle through various lighting effects. For advanced customization and synchronization with other ARGB components, connect the fan's ARGB cables to a compatible motherboard header (5V 3-Pin ARGB) and use your motherboard's lighting control software (e.g., ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome Sync).

6. Maintenance
6.1 Dust Filter Cleaning
The C9 case is equipped with magnetic dust filters on the top and bottom. Regularly check and clean these filters to maintain optimal airflow and prevent dust buildup inside the case. Gently remove the filters, clean them with a soft brush or rinse with water (ensure they are completely dry before reattaching), and then re-install.
6.2 General Cleaning
For external cleaning, use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the surfaces. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish or tempered glass. For internal cleaning, use compressed air to remove dust from components and fans. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before any internal cleaning.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power:
- Ensure the power supply is properly connected to the wall outlet and the PSU switch is ON.
- Verify all power cables (24-pin ATX, 8-pin CPU, PCIe for GPU) are securely connected to the motherboard and components.
- Check that the front panel power button cable is correctly connected to the motherboard's front panel header.
- Fans Not Spinning/ARGB Not Working:
- Confirm fan power cables (PWM) are connected to the motherboard or fan controller.
- Ensure ARGB cables (5V 3-Pin) are connected to a compatible motherboard header or ARGB controller.
- If using motherboard software, verify it is installed and configured correctly.
- No Display Output:
- Check that your monitor is connected to the graphics card (GPU) and not the motherboard's integrated graphics ports (unless you are using integrated graphics).
- Reseat the graphics card in its PCIe slot.
- Ensure all power cables to the graphics card are securely connected.
- For issues related to specific internal components (CPU, RAM, GPU, Motherboard), refer to their respective instruction manuals.
