3. Setup
3.1 Initial Use
- Remove the insulating film from the earphone contacts.
- Place the earphones back into the charging case. They will automatically power on.
- To power off, close the charging case lid. The earphones will automatically power off.
3.2 Pairing
- Open the charging case lid. The earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device, open Bluetooth settings and select "SOUNDPEATS C30" to connect.
3.3 PeatsAudio App Installation & Connection
The dedicated "PeatsAudio" app enhances your experience with customizable settings.
- Download and install the "PeatsAudio" app from your device's app store.
- Open the app and log in with your registered email address and password. (If not registered, tap "Register" to create a new account.)
- After logging in, tap "Connect Device" on the home screen.
- Select your paired SOUNDPEATS C30 from the list to connect.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Wearing the Earphones
- Identify the left (L) and right (R) earphones.
- Insert them correctly into your ears.
- Adjust the angle and position for the most comfortable and secure fit.
4.2 Touch Controls
The earphones feature smart touch controls:
- Left Earphone (1 tap): Volume Down
- Right Earphone (1 tap): Volume Up
- Either Earphone (2 taps): Play/Pause, Answer/End Call
- Left Earphone (1.5s long press): Switch between Normal / ANC / Transparency modes
- Right Earphone (1.5s long press): Skip to Next Track
- Left Earphone (3 taps): Game Mode On/Off
- Right Earphone (3 taps): Activate Voice Assistant
- Incoming Call (1.5s long press): Reject Call
4.3 App Features (PeatsAudio)
The PeatsAudio app provides extensive customization and control:
- Disable Touch Controls: Temporarily disable touch operations.
- Game Mode: Experience low-latency audio for gaming.
- Movie Mode: Enjoy 360° spatial audio.
- Multipoint Connection: Connect to two devices simultaneously (e.g., smartphone and PC). Note: LDAC is not available when multipoint is active.
- Customize Touch Controls: Personalize touch functions to your preference.
- Sound Presets: Choose from 12 types of audio presets.
- Custom EQ: Finely adjust your own equalizer settings.
- Earphone Water Drainage: If water enters the earphones, activate vibration drainage. Remove earphones from case and press the start button. Shaking them will improve drainage.
- Voice Guidance Volume: Adjust the volume of various voice prompts.
- Find Earphones: Tap "L/R Search" while connected to make the earphones emit a sound, helping you locate them.
- Fit Test: Determines if the earphones are worn correctly. Adjust position or change eartips if the fit is insufficient.
- LDAC Activation: Enable LDAC for higher quality audio transmission. This allows for richer sound details. Note: LDAC is off by default. LDAC requires a compatible device; iPhones are not supported.
5. Charging
5.1 Charging the Case
- Connect the charging case to a Type-C charging adapter using the provided cable. (Charging current should be 1A or less).
- If not used for a long period, charge the case at least once every 3 months.
5.2 Battery Indicators
The status light on the charging case indicates the battery level:
- Case Open (Earphone Insertion/Removal):
- Green Light: 100% ~ 70%
- Yellow Light: 69% ~ 20%
- Red Light: Below 20%
- During Charging:
- Green Steady Light: 100%
- Green Breathing Light: 99% ~ 70%
- Yellow Breathing Light: 69% ~ 20%
- Red Breathing Light: Below 20%
6. Maintenance
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your earphones:
- Regularly clean the earphone body and charging contacts with alcohol and a cotton swab.
- Caution: Failure to perform regular maintenance may lead to charging issues or the earphones not powering on.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Factory Reset (Reset to Factory Settings)
If you encounter connection issues or other problems, try performing a factory reset:
- Place both left and right earphones correctly into the charging case.
- With the case lid open, long-press both earphones simultaneously for 10 seconds.
- The charging case light will flash red and white twice, indicating the reset is complete.
- After resetting, the earphones will automatically enter pairing mode (the white LED on the case will flash continuously).
7.2 Forced Pairing Mode
If you need to manually force pairing mode:
- Operation inside the case: Place both left and right earphones correctly into the charging case. With the case lid open, long-press both earphones simultaneously for 6 seconds. The white LED on the case will flash continuously, and the earphones will enter pairing mode.
- Operation outside the case: Long-press both left and right earphones simultaneously for 6 seconds. The connection will be forcibly disconnected. A voice guide will announce "Disconnected → Pairing," and the earphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
7.3 Multipoint Connection Issues
If you are experiencing issues with multipoint connection:
- Ensure the earphones are in pairing mode.
- Connect device A to the earphones.
- Disconnect device A from the earphones (turn off Bluetooth on device A). The earphones will re-enter pairing mode.
- Connect device B to the earphones.
- Manually reconnect device A to the earphones.
- Important: When using multipoint connection, please turn off LDAC in the app.
