2. Safety Information

- DO NOT reverse polarity. Ensure correct positive (+) and negative (-) connections.

4. Setup and Installation
Unpacking and Initial Inspection
- Carefully remove the battery from its packaging.
- Inspect the battery for any visible damage. If damage is found, contact customer support immediately.
- Verify that all package contents are present.
Connection Instructions
The NewtiPower 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery supports both series and parallel connections for increased voltage or capacity. However, it is recommended that the total system voltage does not exceed 80V.
- Parallel Connection: Connect batteries in parallel to increase total capacity while maintaining the same voltage. Ensure all batteries are at a similar state of charge before connecting in parallel.
- Series Connection: Connect batteries in series to increase total voltage while maintaining the same capacity. Ensure all batteries are of the same model and capacity when connecting in series.
Important: Always connect positive terminals to positive terminals and negative terminals to negative terminals for parallel connections. For series connections, connect the positive terminal of one battery to the negative terminal of the next.

Charging Methods
Your NewtiPower LiFePO4 battery can be charged using various methods:
- Dedicated LiFePO4 Charger: Use a charger specifically designed for LiFePO4 batteries with the correct voltage and current ratings.
- Solar Panel + Charge Controller: Connect to a solar panel system with an appropriate MPPT or PWM charge controller configured for LiFePO4 batteries.
- Generator + DC-DC Charger: Utilize a generator in conjunction with a compatible DC-DC charger.

5. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
The battery features a built-in smart battery LCD with a power switch. Press the power button on the LCD to turn the battery on or off. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on.
Monitoring Battery Information
The NewtiPower battery can be monitored via its integrated Smart Battery LCD display and a dedicated smartphone application (via Bluetooth/WiFi).
- Smart Battery LCD: The LCD provides real-time display of battery voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge (SOC). It also allows you to monitor individual cell voltages and turn the battery on/off.
- Smartphone App: Download the official NewtiPower app to control and monitor your battery remotely. The app provides detailed parameters, protection settings, current settings, temperature settings, and historical data.
