4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your Automatic Ironing Machine:

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging and ensure all listed package contents are present.
  2. Assemble Base Unit: Place the main base unit on a stable, flat surface.
  3. Attach Inflatable Mold: Securely attach the desired inflatable mold (shirt, pants, or skirt) to the top of the base unit. Ensure it is firmly connected to prevent air leakage.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 110V grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Prepare Garment: For optimal results, ensure the garment is damp or lightly sprayed with water before placing it on the mannequin.

5. Operating Instructions

Operating the Automatic Ironing Machine is straightforward. Follow these steps for effective garment care:

  1. Place Garment: Carefully place the shirt, pants, or skirt onto the appropriate inflatable mold. For shirts, ensure the collar and sleeves are positioned correctly. Zip the adjustable sides of the mannequin for a snug fit according to garment size (XXS to XXL).
  2. Power On: Press the 'ON/OFF' button on the control panel to power on the machine.
  3. Select Temperature/Time: Use the 'TEMP SETTING' button to choose the desired temperature (e.g., 50°C, 60°C, 70°C) based on fabric type. Use the 'TIME +' and 'TIME -' buttons to set the operating duration. A typical cycle for wrinkle removal is 8-10 minutes.
  4. Start Cycle: The machine will begin to inflate the mannequin and circulate hot air.
  5. Monitor Progress: The digital display will show the remaining time.
  6. Cycle Completion: Once the cycle is complete, the machine will automatically shut off. Allow the garment to cool slightly before removing it.
  7. Optional: For added freshness, you can place a small amount of incense or a dryer sheet in the designated compartment on the base unit before starting the cycle.

6. Maintenance
