1. Introduction
The eMylo WiFi Thermometer Hygrometer Sensor (Model TH02Pro) is designed to monitor indoor temperature and humidity levels. It connects to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, allowing you to view real-time data, receive alerts, and access historical records through the Smart Life mobile application. This device also supports intelligent linkage with other smart home devices and voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

2. Package Contents

3. Product Overview
The eMylo TH02Pro features a compact design with an LCD screen for clear display of current temperature and humidity. It is powered by AAA batteries and includes a reset button for pairing and unit switching.

4. Setup
4.1. Battery Installation
The device requires 4 AAA batteries. If not pre-installed, open the battery compartment on the back of the sensor and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.
4.2. App Download and Account Creation
Download the Smart Life app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Register for a new account or log in if you already have one.
4.3. Device Pairing (WiFi Connection)
Follow these steps to connect your sensor to the Smart Life app:
- Ensure your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled.
- Open the Smart Life app. On the home screen, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a device.
- The app should automatically detect the "T & H Sensor" if it's in pairing mode. If not, select "Add Device" and choose the sensor manually from the list.
- Confirm the device on the app screen.
- Enter your 2.4GHz WiFi network name and password. Note: 5GHz WiFi networks are not supported.
- The device will connect to your WiFi network. Once successfully added, you can rename the sensor and access its data.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Viewing Readings
Current temperature and humidity are displayed on the device's LCD screen. For remote monitoring and detailed historical data, open the Smart Life app and select your sensor.
5.2. Switching Temperature Unit (°F/°C)
You can switch the temperature unit on both the device and within the app:
- On Device: Use the provided S/S pin to double-click the reset button located inside the battery compartment. The display will toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- In App: Navigate to the sensor's settings within the Smart Life app. Find the "Temperature Unit" option and select your preferred unit (°C or °F). The device's display will automatically synchronize with the app setting.

5.3. Setting Smart App Alerts
Configure custom high and low temperature/humidity thresholds to receive instant notifications on your smartphone:
- In the Smart Life app, select your eMylo sensor.
- Go to the "Alarm" section.
- Enable "Temperature Upper and lower" and "Humidity Upper and lower" settings.
- Adjust the sliders to set your desired minimum and maximum temperature and humidity values.
- You will receive an app notification if the readings go outside your set range. Note that the device itself does not emit an audible alarm.

5.4. Creating Smart Linkage
Integrate your eMylo sensor with other Tuya/Smart Life compatible devices to create automated scenes:
- In the Smart Life app, navigate to the "Smart" tab.
- Tap "Add Scene" or "Automation."
- Set conditions based on your sensor's readings (e.g., "When temperature rises above 27°C").
- Choose an action for another smart device (e.g., "Turn on Air Conditioner").
- Save your smart scene.

5.5. Voice Control Integration
The eMylo sensor is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. After linking your Smart Life account to your voice assistant, you can ask for current temperature or humidity readings:
- For Alexa: "Alexa, what's the temperature in the [room name]?"
- For Google Home: "Hey Google, what's the humidity in the [room name]?"

5.6. Data Storage and Export
The Smart Life app provides free data storage, allowing you to view historical temperature and humidity graphs by year, month, day, or hour. You can also export up to 1 year of data for analysis.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Battery Replacement
When the low battery alert is triggered in the app, replace all 4 AAA batteries promptly to ensure continuous operation and accurate readings. Always use new, high-quality batteries.

6.2. Cleaning
Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water.
6.3. Placement and Environment
This sensor is designed for indoor use only. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, near heat sources, or in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations or high humidity that could affect its accuracy or lifespan. The device can be free-standing or wall-mounted.

7. Troubleshooting
- Device not connecting to WiFi: Ensure your WiFi network is 2.4GHz. Check your WiFi signal strength at the device's location. Restart your router and the sensor, then attempt pairing again.
- Inaccurate readings: Ensure the device is not exposed to direct sunlight, drafts, or extreme temperatures. Allow up to 30 minutes for the sensor to stabilize and update readings after placement or significant environmental changes.
- App alerts not received: Verify that app notifications are enabled for the Smart Life app in your phone's settings. Check that your custom temperature/humidity thresholds are correctly set within the app.
- Voice control not working: Confirm that your Smart Life account is correctly linked to your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account. Ensure the device name used in voice commands matches the name set in the Smart Life app.
- Display not working: Check battery levels and replace if necessary. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset by removing and reinserting batteries, then re-pair the device.
