3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

• Carefully remove the card shuffler from its packaging.
• Verify that the package contains the Svertmer Automatic Card Shuffler unit and a USB-C charging cable.

3.2 Charging the Device

The Svertmer Automatic Card Shuffler features a built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery. Ensure the device is fully charged before its first use for optimal performance.

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the device.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
• The charging indicator (if present) will show the charging status. Allow the device to fully charge.
• Important: Do not use the device while charging.

4. Operation

4.1 Loading Cards

The shuffler is designed to accommodate 1-2 decks of standard-sized playing cards. No adjustment is needed for different card sizes.

• Split the deck(s) of cards evenly into two halves.
• Place one half into each of the two card feed slots on top of the shuffler. Ensure cards are neatly stacked and facing the correct direction.

4.2 Shuffling Cards

The shuffler operates with a simple one-button press.

• Once cards are loaded into both feed slots, press the "PRESS" button located on the top of the device.
• The shuffler will automatically begin shuffling the cards. The process typically takes 2-5 seconds for 1-2 decks.
• The device will stop automatically once shuffling is complete.

4.3 Retrieving Shuffled Cards

After shuffling is complete, retrieve your cards using one of the following methods:

• Slide out the transparent card collection tray from the front of the device to access the shuffled cards.
• Alternatively, you can lift the entire shuffler unit to access the shuffled cards directly from the tray.

5. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Svertmer Automatic Card Shuffler, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior of the device. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the shuffler in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture when not in use.
• Card Condition: Ensure cards used are clean and in good condition. Damaged or sticky cards may affect shuffling performance and potentially damage the device.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Svertmer Automatic Card Shuffler, please refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Device does not turn on:
  • Ensure the battery is fully charged. Connect the USB-C cable and charge for at least 2 hours.
  • Verify the charging cable and power adapter are functioning correctly.
• Cards are not shuffling smoothly or get jammed:
  • Ensure cards are loaded evenly into both feed slots.
  • Check that the cards are not bent, sticky, or damaged. Replace worn cards if necessary.
  • Do not overload the shuffler; it is designed for 1-2 decks.
  • Clean any dust or debris from the card pathways using a soft brush or compressed air.
• Shuffling is too loud:
  • While the device is designed for quiet operation, some noise is normal during shuffling. Excessive noise might indicate a card jam or an issue with card loading. Refer to the "Cards are not shuffling smoothly" section.
