4. Installation Instructions
Installation typically takes less than 15 minutes per fixture. Follow these steps carefully.
- Prepare for Installation: Turn off power at the circuit breaker. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and dry.
- Attach Mounting Bracket: Secure the mounting crossbar to the junction box in your ceiling using the provided screws.
- Assemble Rods: Determine the desired hanging height. Connect the appropriate combination of 12-inch and 6-inch rods to the fixture body and the canopy. The rods screw together securely.
- Wire Connections: Carefully connect the fixture wires to the house wires. Connect the black fixture wire to the black house wire (Live), the white fixture wire to the white house wire (Neutral), and the bare copper ground wire to the house ground wire. Secure connections with wire nuts.
- Mount Canopy: Tuck the wires into the junction box. Align the canopy with the mounting bracket and secure it with the provided screws. The canopy features a 90° adjustable angle for sloped, vaulted, or flat ceilings.
- Install Glass Shade: Carefully attach the clear cylinder glass shade to the fixture body. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Insert Bulb: Screw in an E26 base bulb (max 60W, not included).
- Restore Power: Turn power back on at the circuit breaker.

5. Operation
Once installed and powered, the pendant light operates like any standard light fixture.
- Turning On/Off: Use your wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Dimming Function: If you have installed a dimmable E26 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch (both not included), you can adjust the light intensity using the dimmer switch.
6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning will help maintain the appearance and performance of your pendant lights.
- Cleaning: Ensure power is off before cleaning. Wipe the metal parts with a soft, dry cloth. For the glass shade, use a soft cloth dampened with a mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Bulb Replacement: Always turn off power at the circuit breaker before replacing a bulb. Allow the old bulb to cool completely before removing. Replace with an E26 base bulb, maximum 60W.
